Description of Network
The cell type interaction network was made from a matrix of associations between cell types in terms of the cell types' individual regulon activity scores (RAS). Associations were filtered by Spearman correlation >0.8 and the network was visualized by the force-directed layout in Cytoscape.
Each node represents one cell type, and each edge means the correlation between cell types is larger than 0.8. The color of nodes is the graph cluster identified by Markov Clustering Algorithm (MCL). Only these clusters with the number of cell types larger than 10 were colored.
In this web interface, users could easily search or select one cell type from the whole network. After clicking on a node, the basic information, the top specific regulons and the most correlated cell types of this cell type will be shown on the right panel of webpage.
